Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States and internationally.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. For orders outside the US, your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: orders usually arrive within 7–15 days.

All other countries: orders usually arrive within 7–17 days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Order updates

You'll get an email confirmation when you place your order, and another email when it ships, including tracking details where available.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived after the expected delivery window, email teamperchmeow@outlook.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll work with you to make it right.
