This website is operated by Perchmeow ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products, colours and prices accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

You agree to give us accurate, complete information when you order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Using your desk bed

Attach the desk bed as shown in the instructions, make sure it's secure before your cat uses it, and check it from time to time to make sure it's still firmly attached.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belongs to Perchmeow or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos, videos or comments, you give us permission to use, share and display them in connection with our store and marketing. Please don't send anything that's unlawful, offensive or belongs to someone else.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
